At Shraddha Pooja, we strive to provide reliable and authentic pooja services with utmost care and devotion. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.
1. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
- Customers will receive confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS/email.
2. Cancellation Policy
By Customer:

More than 24 hours before scheduled pooja:
👉 100% refund -
12–24 hours before pooja:
👉 50% refund -
Less than 12 hours before pooja:
👉 No refund
3. Rescheduling
- One-time rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 12 hours in advance, subject to priest availability.
4. Cancellation by Shraddha Pooja
- In rare cases (e.g., priest unavailability, emergencies):
👉 100% refund OR free rescheduling
5. No-Show Policy
- If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time/location:
👉 No refund will be provided
6. Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
7. Special Conditions
- Cost of pooja materials (if already purchased) may be deducted from refund
- Customized or large event bookings may have separate terms (shared in advance)
